Arrival & Departure

Check-In from 17:00 (5 pm)
Check-Out by 10:30 (mid-morning)

No Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and public areas. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor garden area and on the terrace. If a guest smokes in the room, a "cleaning fee" of Euro €150 will be applied.

No Pets

No pets allowed. Guests traveling with animals will be kindly directed to find lodging elsewhere.

Private Access

Access to the rooms and the floors of the B&B is allowed only to guests who have been registered by the host. If you would like an additional guest to stay in your room during your stay, please contact the host. B&B L’Orologio reserves the right to accept or reject any unexpected guests. Additional or unexpected guests are not free and will be required to:

• Provide valid identification documents

• Pay for a room upgrade

• Pay city tourist tax

City Tax

The “city tax” for visitors must be paid by any person not resident in the City of Signa for each night they stay in the municipality; the contribution is € 1.00 per person per night.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you cancel your stay two weeks (14 days) or more before your booking:

You may receive a full refund if you request it in writing to the host.

If you cancel your stay less than two weeks (14 days) before your booking:

You may receive a refund of 50 percent of the full amount paid at the time of booking if you request it in writing to the host.

If you cancel your stay 48 hours before your booking date:

You are ineligible for a refund. You will be charged the full amount paid for your room and any additional services.

If you cancel or “no show” on your booking date:

You are ineligible for a refund. You will be charged the full amount paid for your room and any additional services.

General

B&B L'Orologio, legally known as B&B L'Orologio di Yael Irene Rayner, (hereafter "we", "us", "our") reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of this website following any such changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as modified.

Liability

By using our website, you acknowledge and agree that B&B L'Orologio is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website, or from any accommodations or services purchased from us. This includes, but is not limited to, any errors or omissions in the content of our website, any failures of performance, and any viruses or other harmful components.

Booking & Payments

When you make a booking with B&B L'Orologio, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You also agree to pay all charges associated with your booking, including any applicable taxes and fees.

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of B&B L'Orologio and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our website without our express written permission.

Use of Logo

Our logo is a trademark of B&B L'Orologio. You may not use our logo in any manner without our prior written consent.

Right to Refuse Service With Cause

B&B L'Orologio reserves the right to refuse service or accomodation to anyone who is violent, aggressive, or engages in any illegal activity. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

Right to Refuse Service Without Cause

We reserve the right to refuse our accommodations and services for no specified reason at all. In such cases, the guest will receive a full refund if they have paid for the accommodation or service.
